Brief profile of Dr. Ashish Vyas: Education Qualification: Ph.D. (HRM), MBS (HR), PGDBM (HRM), and B.E. (I.E.). Completed Naturopathy Diploma and is a Naturopathy Doctor. Tabala Visharad, Vastushastra Visharad, Jyotish Visharad and Pandit. Responsibilities: He is an IQAC coordinator and Head Research Cell at Akemi Business School, He was worked as a Head Research Centre, MBA Coordinator, HOD Human Resource Management at ZIBACAR. Appointed as Ph.D. guide by Savitribai Phue Pune University. Experience: He had 13 years of approved experience for Management Course. Having 27 years of experience in Teaching from school level to PG level and 9 years in Industry. He is presently working as Asst. Prof. in MBA department at Akemi Business School. Research work: Ph.D. in HRM subject.

He presented and published 22 research papers, 09 in UGC care, and others in International & National journals. He bagged three prizes for his three research papers. Done research for Rotary Club of Midtown Pune. Attended International conferences in Singapore, Malaysia and Sri lank. Published two books Organizational Behaviour and accounting respectively, series of articles in “Prasad” magazine and two articles in “Sahitya Kalawant Sammelan Smarnika. Awards: He has been awarded by Pune Municipal Corporation’s award for remarkable work done in Educational and social areas, by the hands of Hon. Mayor of Pune on 15 th August 2016. NIPM felicitated him for remarkable work done as a Research Center Head, March 2023, achieving PhD degree and becoming guide, March 2022, and in Human Resource management education, March 2019. Honored by Rotary Club Mid town Pune as Researcher for conducting their research survey in Pune City area 2019. Felicitation by HNIMR, Suryadatta Group of Institutes. Felicitated by ZES, ZIBACAR, Samshodhan Trust, IMRCD, ISTD and Business Ethics Foundation for the remarkable work done in Educational and social areas. Extracurricular: He has been elected in the Managing Council of NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management) Pune in the year 2021. Also he was the Managing Council member of ISTD Pune chapter from 2018 to 2022. He was Secretary and Treasurer for ISTD, Pune. Worked as coordinator for Organizing Western Regional Conference and as secretary for National Convention of ISTD. Stood First in HR specialization in PGDBM course and awarded as Best Teacher by I.M.R.C.D. Nigdi, Pune. He got Certificate of Merit from I.E. Society school. He stood 1 st & 2 nd rank in Jyotish Visharad and Jyotish Pandit respectively. Completed diploma in Naturopathy and done Vastushstra Visharad. Prize Winner of 'Motiwale Lagubandhu' for BEST PROJECT at Jnyan Prabodhini High school. Also worked as a Yoga teacher. Conducted Yoga for Teachers and students at GPP and ZIBACAR.
